Chris lives in Springdale with his wife Julie and three kids: Charlie (6), Alma (3) and Lucia (1). He works as a writer and editor at For The Win, a USA TODAY-owned site covering sports and culture. His work reporting on sports of all levels has informed his coaching philosophy and he believes youth sports should be focused on skill development, teamwork and having fun.
